The process

Sana Rana is a fictional skincare brand I designed from scratch for my Packaging Design class. 

This is some of my brainstorming to decide on the look and feel of the brand as well as the name - based off a Spanish children's rhyme. 

I wanted the final packaging to have a personal touch. 

For this reason, I carved a lino print and scanned it to create the main graphic.

I wanted to keep it clean and simple, yet playful by emulating a frog with the "n" in sana.

Here is a planogram to visualize how my packages would look being sold in a store alongside competitors. 

As a final addition to the project, I created a paper bag design. 

A strong design for a bag is essentially free advertisement wherever a customer goes afterward. 

This was a very exciting project and I hope to work on more like it in the future!
